Lyne: the right approach for every patient

At Lyne, we set out to create a practice where every decision makes sense: an accurate diagnosis, clear explanations and treatments tailored to your situation.

This philosophy is based on a balance between clinical rigour, listening to the patient and a long-term vision.
On the one hand, an international education informed by research, teaching and advanced clinical practice. On the other hand, we have strong local roots and a commitment to building a practice that is sustainable and deeply people-centred.

Because beyond the result, it is also the way we achieve it that makes the difference.

Lyne is part of an international environment, just like Brussels itself.

We support our patients in several languages, paying particular attention to ensuring clear communication and a full understanding of every stage of treatment.

Consultations are available in French, English, Spanish and Catalan, so that everyone can communicate with their practitioner in the language that feels most natural to them.

Dr Elena Roig completed this journey with an international PhD, awarded with distinction (Cum Laude), whilst maintaining an active clinical and academic practice between Barcelona and Brussels. Alongside her clinical work, she teaches on the Master’s programme in Orthodontics at the UIC in Barcelona, which allows her to remain involved in research, teaching and the development of orthodontic techniques.

A polyglot (Spanish, Catalan, French, English), she welcomes her patients into a professional and caring environment, prioritising education, active listening and the quality of the final result.

Fair and measured orthodontics

Our aim is not to do more, but to do what is appropriate.

Every treatment plan is carefully crafted, striking a balance between effectiveness, durability and respect for your individual circumstances.

3

Listening that guides every decision

Your expectations, your pace and your constraints are an integral part of the treatment.

We take the time to understand your situation before making any recommendations, so that every choice makes sense to you.

4

A commitment that develops over time

Our practice is underpinned by continuous professional development, an international outlook and constant attention to developments in the field.

In practice, this commitment translates into expert, tailored and reliable treatments.

· Technologies ·

Cutting-edge technology at Lyne.

At Lyne, investing in the best technology isn’t just a marketing pitch – it’s a clinical necessity. Every piece of equipment has been selected for the tangible benefits it brings to the patient: a more accurate diagnosis, less discomfort and a more predictable outcome.

Planmeca CBCT

A comprehensive view of your dental and bone anatomy, in two and three dimensions.

CBCT (cone-beam computed tomography) is the gold standard imaging tool in advanced orthodontics. Whereas a conventional X-ray provides a flat, two-dimensional view, CBCT produces a complete three-dimensional image: roots, alveolar bone, temporomandibular joints and airways.

  • Enhanced diagnosis, detection of root resorption, impacted teeth and bone asymmetries that are invisible in 2D.
  • Precise surgical planning, essential for cases involving surgical orthodontics and combined treatments.
  • Controlled radiation dose, low-radiation protocol, used only when clinically justified.
  • Integrated 2D imaging, with panoramic and digital cephalometric radiographs taken using the same device.

iTero Lumina intraoral scanner

Digital impressions without impression material, for maximum comfort and ultra-precise results.

No more uncomfortable alginate trays. The iTero Lumina is a state-of-the-art intraoral scanner that captures the exact geometry of your teeth and gums in a matter of minutes, using a thin probe passed through the mouth. The result: a 3D digital model with an accuracy of less than a tenth of a millimetre.

  • Total comfort, no impression material, no risk of nausea, a quick and non-invasive procedure, particularly popular with children.
  • Superior accuracy; digital models are used to manufacture aligners, retainers, removable appliances and for treatment planning.
  • Immediate visualisation: the scan is visible in real time on the screen, making it easier to explain the diagnosis to the patient.
  • A permanent digital record: impressions are archived and can be accessed at any time for long-term follow-up.

Formlabs dental 3D printer

The production of bespoke devices, directly in the practice, with no delays and no middlemen.

The 3D printer is one of the most advanced pieces of equipment in the dental sector. It enables in-house production, with a resolution of around 25 microns, of parts with a level of precision that until now only the best external laboratories could offer. At Lyne, this means greater responsiveness and total quality control.

  • Study models: faithful reproductions of dental anatomy for treatment planning and patient consultation.
  • Aligners & retainers, manufactured directly from the iTero scan, perfectly tailored to each patient.
  • Bespoke orthodontic appliances, removable appliances, night splints, surgical guides.
  • Shorter turnaround times: in-practice production eliminates the need for back-and-forth with an external laboratory for routine cases.
