Behind Lyne is Elena.
Dr Elena Roig, founder of Lyne, did not choose orthodontics by chance. Coming from a family of doctors and dentists, and having trained at leading universities in Europe and the United States, she practises her profession to a rare standard. Each treatment is meticulously tailored; it is never simply a standardised protocol.
Her international clinical career, spanning Brussels, Barcelona, Paris and Miami, has given her a keen eye for facial balance, dental harmony and the psychological impact of a beautiful smile. As a university lecturer and an orthodontist committed to continuous professional development, she incorporates the latest advances in her discipline into her clinical practice every day.
One conviction guides every decision she makes: excellence in orthodontics should never be a privilege. It is this ambition that Elena has brought to life in her practice here in Uccle, alongside Lyne.

Born in Uccle, Philippe has a deep connection with this town that stretches back several generations. It was only natural, then, that he chose to launch this family business here, with the aim of creating a practice of the highest standard, firmly rooted in his neighbourhood.
Having trained in Brussels and then at IE Business School in Madrid, he built an international career in Panama, Australia and the United States before returning to take the helm of the family business. This experience, both local and international, now informs his vision for Lyne: a practice where excellence in care is combined with rigorous organisation and attention to every detail of the patient experience.
He shares a deep conviction with Elena: clinical excellence is only meaningful when it is fully dedicated to the patient.

At what age can orthodontic treatment begin?
From the age of 7. An initial assessment around this age allows problems to be detected early and helps avoid more extensive treatment during adolescence. However, there is no upper age limit for orthodontics; adults and older people can also benefit from treatment.
What happens at the first consultation with Lyne?
It lasts around 45 to 60 minutes. The orthodontist examines your smile, your bite and the balance of your face. We discuss your expectations. We explain the options available to you. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of your treatment, with no obligation.
How long does treatment take?
Between 12 and 36 months, depending on the complexity of the case. For invisible orthodontics, most treatments are completed within 12 to 18 months. For braces, allow 18 to 36 months. During your consultation, you’ll receive a personalised estimate.
Do you accept new patients?
Yes, always. Children, teenagers and adults – we welcome new patients all the time. You can book an appointment online, by phone or by email.
